I found this place rather early on in my time living here, but I&#8217;ve continued to visit as it offers a quiet resting area with beautiful scenery. Located just on the outskirts of the Tokyo prefecture, it is far enough away from the heart of Tokyo that prices stay low, yet despite its distance from central Tokyo remains to be active. Akabane station (the primary train station of Akabane) is not only very well connected to the rest of the Kanto region, but is nestled within a surprisingly diverse (in a business sense) city. It is known for it&#8217;s izakaya culture and heritage, with many of them lining the streets of the city, though lately they have been starting to disappear and be replaced with businesses. Amongst these old bars is an incredible amount of various food locations where its apparent the owners pour their soul into what they cook.
